Kathleen Hackett, MSN, RN, SANE-P has been a nurse for over 30 years, with 20 years of emergency room experience. She works as a pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), and is the Pediatric SANE Program Coordinator for Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. Kathleen is certified through the International Association of Forensic Nursing. Kathleen’s work focuses to educate nurses on topics such as child sexual violence and its negative impact on the pediatric population, and through her work with the "Collaborative to End Human Trafficking" she promotes public awareness for children who have been sexually exploited at the hands of traffickers.
