Tina has been in nursing education for the past 19 years with primary focus in medical surgical nursing, fundamentals of nursing, community health nursing, and pathophysiology. She earned her doctorate from the University of Toledo and is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Ohio Northern University. She is the faculty co-advisor for Northern Nursing Without Borders, a group of health professional students, faculty, and alumni who implement a one week medical mission in the Dominican Republic every Spring.
